We have developed premium Coir Fibre Blankets and Mats for Sedum growing and roof greening & Coir netting for Geotextile purpose in collaboration with our partner factory in Sri Lanka.

These particular type of coir blankets and mats are often used in automatic systems to un-roll and add substrate in one shot. To work like this our blankets must have very sharp edges to make sure that one roll can be placed tightly next to the previously placed rolls without overlap.

Our blankets and mats are based on Coir Fibre, along with Natural Latex, Jute and Cotton thread. When the customer desires tougher properties of the blanket or mat we can add PP netting and thread.

Coir Fibre has proven to be among the strongest and toughest renewable biodegradable natural fibers designed to last anywhere between 3 to 6 years.

Our coir products can also be applied as Geotextile. You can apply Geotextile coir blankets, mats and coir netting at various locations and environments, including hilly areas, steep banks, farmland, bare land, and construction sites. Usually

plants are planted in the Coir net openings so that they can’t be washed away by rains, giving the plants the time needed to grow and develop a good root system which will enforce the banks or soils.

We can supply any type of Coir Geotextile, based on the application we will develop the best possible blanket or mat for your purpose.

Biodegradable Mat

Our newest developed Biodegradable mat is now reaching even the toughest GRK 2 levels, this means that our 100% Natural Biodegradable Blankets and Mats can compete with the toughest ground covering plastic geotextiles.

Specialty, Cotton netting

Strangely enough cotton netting is not available in the market. This year we are developing together with our partner factory in Sri Lanka a new and unique Cotton net. The implementation of Cotton net in our coir blankets will probably add enough strength to replace any present Plastic adding’s.
